Bingo Committee- As reported by Cleary <br />1. Financial Report —January 2019: <br />a. Total Income: $53,667.00 <br />b. Total Expenses: $38,319.00 <br />c. NET: $15,348.00 <br />d. Attendance: 1,446 <br />e. Average Number of People: 112 <br />2. Next Bingo financial figure will be lower due to no Friday Night Bingo <br />for February and closure in March. <br />H. Programs Committee- As reported by Bengtson <br />1. Bengtson sent out the January sign-up sheet as well as the Beatles & <br />Beyond sign-up sheet. <br />2. Jacqueline Berger performance was very well received. <br />3. Performance contract is finalized. <br />I. Publicity Committee- As reported by Smith <br />1. No meeting in February. <br />J. Bus Trip Committee- As reported by Martinich <br />1. Made in Orange County trip was a Commission sponsored trip. <br />2. Monarch Butterfly trip was a split trip with Camarillo. <br />3. Bus Trip Committee Minutes were not included in commission packet. <br />4. Thank you to McAdam and Mark Williams for putting on great trips with <br />little to no cancellations. <br />7.
