CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Huffer called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and Engler led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda, <br />Administrative Assistant Foster and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />Elayne Haggan, representing Conejo Open Space Foundation (COSF) expressed her <br />appreciation for the District's assistance in enabling COSTAC members to take <br />advantage of attending classes at the California Lutheran University's Center for Non - <br />Profit Leadership. She also noted that Trails Education Days will take place the week of <br />March 25th this year. <br />Scott O'Connell, Disaster Program Manager for the County of Ventura Red Cross, and <br />accompanied by Bob Engler and Doug Graham, presented the District with a plaque in <br />appreciation for their assistance during the Borderline shooting and Woolsey and Hill fire <br />incidents. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />
