Provide funding for all District <br />equipment valued over $5,000, based upon equipment life expectancy and expected inflation; <br />complete inventory and numbering/tagging of equipment assets; establish a process for <br />ongoing updates and inventories. <br />3.5 Maintain procedure manuals for finance programs. Establish process for regular updates <br />(i.e., payroll, GL, AP, cash receipts). <br />3.6 Assist the non-profit organization, "Play Conejo", to foster long-term success and strong <br />financial support from the community so that it can sustain itself and provide meaningful <br />benefit to the Conejo Recreation & Park District and to recreation & parks in the Conejo Valley. <br />4.0 PARTNERSHIPS <br />
