In June <br />2018, Judge Hintz was re-elected to a third term as Ventura County's Treasurer -Tax Collector. He <br />continues to fill the function of Chief Investment Officer. Assistant Treasurer -Tax Collector Sue <br />Horgan continued her remarkable professional growth by earning recognition as Certified California <br />Municipal Treasurer, and Certified Fixed Income Practitioner. She also earned the California <br />Treasury Certificate, and graduated from the CFA Institute Investment Foundations course and the <br />Fixed Income Academy Bond School.
