From: James Friedl <jfriedl@crpd.org> Sent: Saturday, November 10, 2018 9:03 PM Subject: CRPD Fire Update 11110 CRPD Board and Staff C: FYI to City of TOICOSCAIMRCA 8:00 PM 11/10/18 (Brief update of CRPD Activities) Evacuation orders lifted on west side of town related to Hill Fire Evacuation orders remain in effect on east side of town (plus Oak Park, Agoura, Westlake). We have been informed that the Fire Camp for Woolsey Fire is planning to move off of Conejo Creek South to establish a joint command at Freedom Park in Camarillo. Anticipating they will vacate CCSouth by Wed. 11114. Status of Evacuation Shelters located in City of TO: Borchard Community Center as ARC Shelter: 18 Teen Center as ARC Shelter: 40 GACC as CRPD/City Shelter: 73 TO Center has been closed as an evacuation shelter (supplies remain inside building should it need to be reopened). Parks staff remain on 24 hour rotation in support of shelters (extra custodial) and the fire camp. COSCA Ranger staff have been closing trail heads/access points and serving as a security role for open space areas and making preliminary assessments of burn impacts. Recreation staff have been focused on and keeping evacuation shelters open. Other Community Centers and sports fields were closed today (Saturday) For Sunday: 11111 CRPD Programs are canceled. Sports Fields are open to community and user groups (at their discretion/air quality). Reservable picnic areas are open Community Centers (DVC, CCC, TOC (gym availability tbd) open to public per normal operating hours. [BOC, Teen, GACC Centers remain evacuation shelters] Hillcrest Center Open for production "Once Upon a Mattress" and for 5 -Star Theatrical's auditions for "Matilda" US Veterans Day event at Conejo Creek North has been canceled 10:30 AM Sunday - County of Ventura: Mass Care Conference call.
