Committee members include Susan Holt (CRPD), <br />Claudia Bill de la Pena (City of Thousand Oaks), Pat Phelps (Conejo Valley <br />Unified School District). Non-voting, contributory members include <br />representatives from local non -profits (Many Mansions, Community <br />Conscience), as well as staff from each of the public agencies (Rochelle Callis <br />from CRPD, Rebecca Stelmar from CVUSD, and Francine Sprigel from CTO). <br />This agreement was approved by the School District on January 91h and will <br />be presented to the City for approval on February 20th. In response to Board <br />member's inquiries, Callis will provide a list of the Coalition's past <br />accomplishments and provide them to the Board; additionally, she will begin <br />to include copies of the Coalition's meeting minutes in Board packets. <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to approve <br />Conejo Coalition for Youth and Families Agreement. <br />B. Approve Board of Directors' Norms, Guidelines and Processes <br />Friedl presented the Board Norms, Guidelines and Processes, which were <br />discussed and amended during a workshop with consultant Brent Ives held <br />during the Board of Directors' Special Meeting on January 18th. Gibson <br />suggested changing, in "Norms", 2.11, from "Directors do not direct personal <br />attacks at each other or in the press during public meetings" to "Directors do <br />not direct personal attacks at each other during public meetings or in the <br />press." It was agreed to make this change in the final version. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve <br />the Board of Directors' Norms, Guidelines, and Processes as modified. <br />10.
