Workshop Discussion with Brent Ives and Consideration of Board of <br />Directors' "Norms", "Guidelines" and "Processes" <br />Friedl briefly introduced the item and gave a nistory of the formation of the Board <br />"Norms," Guidelines," and "Processes." He then introduced Brent Ives, <br />Organizational Consultant, who has worked with the District over the years. He <br />will, this evening, do some follow up and help to refresh this document. <br />Ives discussed the mission of the District and reviewed what he has done in <br />preparation for today's workshop. He outlined the input he received as a <br />precursor to this evening's presentation. He then proceeded to review the actual <br />document, highlighting certain words and phrases and asking Board members <br />for their thoughts. Discussion ensued, and edits and additions were made.
