CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Holt called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and Friedl led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda <br />and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />4. EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION <br />Government Code Section 54957 <br />Public Employee Performance Evaluation, General Manager <br />Government Code Section 54957.6(a) <br />ConejoRPD's Designated Representative, Sheryl Lewanda. Unrepresented Employee: <br />General Manager, Jim Friedl. The purpose of this closed session is to provide <br />instructions to negotiator regarding compensation. <br />There was no need to go into Executive Closed Session. <br />5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />6. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Itwas moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried "to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of December 7, 2017 Regular Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $2,216.986.20 <br />Payroll $785,900.00 <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
