4. Insurance. PathPoint shall carry general personal injury/property damage liability insurance and <br />automobile liability insurance with liability limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence <br />and $2,000,000 aggregate for the injury or death of a person or persons, and property damage. <br />5. PathPoint acknowledges that this agreement is conditional, based upon the availability of the <br />spaces, and is subordinate to CRPD's own need for the space in the event of an emergency or <br />disaster. PathPoint acknowledges that the American Red Cross has emergency shelter <br />agreements with the CRPD for Hillcrest Center, Thousand Oaks Center and other community <br />centers and that American Red Cross emergency shelters have first priority over specific Facility <br />locations. <br />6. CRPD will provide a space at no cost for the first 2 days at which time both parties will discuss <br />the needs moving forward. Should PathPoint require a CRPD Facility for a 3`d day, PathPoint <br />shall complete a rental agreement and pay the then established rental rate for the facilities <br />used by PathPoint. <br />7. Assignability. This Agreement is not assignable without the express written consent of the <br />parties. <br />8. Term.
