Their license requires PathPoint to identify
community organizations which may have alternative locations for emergency situations.
Pathpoint operates at 501 Marin St, Suite 112, Thousand Oaks, which is a short walk to Hillcrest
Center. They serve approximately 65 people on any given day. Should an emergency arise
which requires Pathpoint to identify temporary shelter for the persons associated with Pathpoint,
CRPD staff believe Hillcrest Center, TO Center or an alternate CRPD facility could be made
available to them on an emergency basis.
Respectfully ubmitted,
Lb
Rochelle Callis, Administrator
Recreation and Community Services
STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE
Meets 2016-2020 Strategic Plan Element 4.6, Build relationships with local non -profits and 5.9,
Disaster preparedness.
Attachments: Facility Use Consent and Waiver of Liability Agreement between PathPoint and
Conejo Recreation and Park District
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
403 West Hillcrest Drive • Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223
(805) 495-6471 - FAX: (805) 497-3199 - Email: parks@crpd.org - Website: www.crpd.org
