CSVP Activity Report—April - June 2017 <br />E. Districtwide Special Events Summary <br />Callis, in response to Lange, noted that attendance at special events is estimated by staff. <br />F. Budget Performance Report — July 2017 <br />G. Annual Master Plan Update and Capital Improvement Project Status Report for <br />Fiscal Year 2016-2017 <br />H. Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship Annual Report <br />Recreation Activity Reports <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Parks Division Report <br />Hare noted that staff will bring a recommendation to award a bid for Sapwi before the Board <br />at the next meeting. And, he reported the Northwood Park ribbon -cutting is Saturday, <br />September 9. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Callis announced the Young Artists Ensemble will be honored by the City of Thousand Oaks <br />Cultural Commission with the Excellence in Arts Education Award on Thursday, October 19 <br />at 7:00pm. <br />Callis also noted that Fall registration this year has exceeded that of last year. <br />Canis noted that from April through June, the Senior Nutrition Program has served meals to <br />3,434 seniors. <br />C.
