Contract for Custodial Services with Xanadu Service System in the amount of $123,720 annually ($10,310 per month) for services to seven Parks through- out the District Hare reported that staff recommends entering into a five-year custodial service contract with Xanadu Service System. He noted that the proposed contract fees with Xanadu Service System will run $123,720 annually with an option for two one- year extensions. Additionally, Hare, in response to Gibson, outlined the criteria by which Xanadu Service System was selected. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0 to authorize General Manager to execute a contract with Xanadu Service System in the amount of $123,720 annually ($10,310 per month) for services to seven parks throughout the District. B. Contract for Landscape Services with Azteca Landscape in the amount of $538,863 annually ($44,905.25 per month) for services on 47 Parks throughout the District Hare reported that over the past seven years the District has contracted with Azteca Landscape. With their current contract coming to an end, staff advertised a notice to potential proposers and ultimately examined three submitted proposals. After examining the proposals, staff recommends entering into a five-year contract with Azteca Landscape that has two optional one-year extensions available. It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to authorize General Manager to execute a contract with Azteca Landscape in the amount of $538,863 annually ($44,905.25 per month) for services on 47 parks throughout the District. C. Participation in the Arts Council of Conejo Valley's Conejo Cottontails Project. Friedl reported that ConejoRPD was approached by the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley regarding a public art project. He said the ACCV's Conejo Cottontails Public Art Project is underway and ConejoRPD is invited to participate by purchasing its own art -decorated fiberglass bunny.
