July 20, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Donna t=rench, Thousand Oaks, would like to see the composite granite surface removed from the <br />Conejo Creek Dog Park. <br />Neil Gabby, Thousand Oaks, is concerned over the appearance of the District's dog park. <br />Eric Meeker, Newbury Park, wants grass restored to the Walnut Grove OLA. <br />Reenie Schultz, Thousand Oaks, would like to see some grass restored to the Walnut Grove OLA. <br />Joe Karalius, Newbury Park, is concerned with conditions, especially regarding safety issues, at <br />the Walnut Grove OLA. <br />Michael Smith, Thousand Oaks, would like to see the grass restored at the Walnut Grove Park <br />OLA. <br />Kacy Butcher, Thousand Oaks, is concerned for dogs' health and would like to see the grass <br />restored at the Walnut Grove Park OLA. <br />Carolyn Corwin, Newbury Park, is in agreement with all opinions expressed so far and is against <br />the use of decomposed granite in dog parks. <br />Mark Lichalk, Thousand Oaks, expressed appreciation for CRPD's efforts to improve conditions at <br />Wildwood Park. There are still issues outstanding; he would like to get Wildwood Park status on <br />the Board agenda in September. <br />Allen Derben, Newbury Park, expressed concern over safety issues due to lack of grass at the <br />OLA. <br />Carol Wheelis, Thousand Oaks, expressed concerned over the landscaping modification plan for <br />the front lawn area at the Stagecoach Inn Museum (STI). <br />Carol Anderson, Thousand Oaks, would like a review of the current irrigation system at STI. <br />Pete Casas, Newbury Park, echoed the sentiments of the previous speakers' concerns re: OLAs. <br />Judy Smith, Newbury Park, expressed the need for grass at all neighborhood OLAs. <br />Bobbi Anderson, Thousand Oaks, expressed concerns over potential health issues caused by <br />current conditions at the OLAs and Dog Park. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of June 15, 2017 Regular Board Meeting <br />
