Waive minor irregularity in Access Pacific Inc. bid submittal. <br />2. Deny Granite Construction Company's protest of Access Pacific Inc. bid submittal. <br />3. Deny Saifco Construction protest of Access Pacific Inc. and Granite Construction Company <br />bid submittals. <br />4. Authorize General Manager or his designee to enter into grant agreement with the Santa <br />Monica Mountains Conservancy. <br />5. Appropriate $462,000 from Fund 13 Balance to Sapwi Trails Community Park Project (account <br />62-802811-80502-003). <br />6. Appropriate $77,000 from Unassigned Fund Balance to Sapwi Trails Community Park Project <br />(account 62-802-811-80502-003). <br />7.
