The resolution set the date, <br />time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The Notice <br />of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star on Thursday, May 18th. Additional <br />public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's Summer <br />Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LMD 94-1 <br />(available online at www.crnd,org/94-1 ER2017) and confirms the levies contained therein.
