Implement additional water conservation measures to achieve required reduction (range <br />of 28% to 36%, depending on Water Agency), including: <br />a. Provide direction to staff on waterwise CIP projects included in the proposed <br />TEN-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN; <br />b. Authorize staff to provide a letter to California Water Service Company in support <br />of park irrigation conversions to reclaimed water at Triunfo Community Park and <br />North Ranch Playfield; <br />c. Add an Irrigation Technician position (range 43); <br />d. Approve job specification of Irrigation Technician. <br />2. Direct staff to modify District's annual sports field refurbishment process; <br />3. Authorize staff to investigate and implement further water conservation measures; <br />4.
