Holl, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Board of Directors approve Resolution No.040215-A, adopting a preliminary budget for <br />fiscal year 2015-2016, and authorize the General Manager to publish the notice of adoption. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The District is required to adopt a preliminary budget for next fiscal year. The preliminary <br />budget submitted for Board consideration is the 2014-15 adopted budget. The proposed <br />budget will be presented as year one of the 2015/16-2016/17 budget, currently under <br />development. <br />This preliminary budget acts as a stimulus to begin the public hearing process. Public <br />hearings on the budget will begin at the Board meeting of April 16, 2015 and will be continued <br />at each subsequent Board meeting until the final budget is adopted on June 18, 2015, as <br />currently scheduled. <br />Meets Strategic Plan Vision Statement: In order to continue to serve our community and be <br />recognized as a top recreation and park district in the nation, we must be financially stable. <br />Submitted by, <br />Sheryl Lewanda <br />Administrator, Management Services <br />Attachments: 1.
