CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 21, 1999 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m., and Lange led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, Senior Park Development Planner Gilmore, and Executive Secretary <br />Ohren <br />Focus Group Present Jeff Alexander, Sandy Clayton, Thomas E. Hartin, Tim <br />Heyne, Don Jacobs, Laura Beth Heisen, Barbara Kloster, Karen Laun, Sharon <br />Noel, Bob Shoup, Jim Rochford, and Gina Smurthwaite <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of January 7, 1999 Meeting <br />Gibson noted that on page 7, Berger was incorrectly identified as the one <br />contacted by Supervisor Schillo regarding the Ventu Park Road parking <br />problem. <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the minutes of January 7, 1999 as amended; that is, on page 7 <br />Gibson should be identified as the one who was contacted by <br />Supervisor Schillo, not Berger. <br />
