Appropriate $22,300 from Districtwide Assessment Fund Balance to Districtwide <br />Assessment Account 62-802-851-80401-015. <br />2. Award project to David S. Hobert Construction for $41,973 for upgrades to the <br />Goebel Cafe kitchen and dining room. <br />BACKGROUND <br />In accordance with the May 2015 Board -approved District purchasing policy, Public <br />Works Construction Projects valued between $30,000.01 and $45,000.00 must be <br />approved by the Board. <br />Staff has had numerous discussions with David S. Hobert Construction regarding the <br />development and implementation of the project.
