Lange, Chair <br />Doug Nickles, Vice -Chair <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Marissa Buss, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Jim Friedl, General Manag <br />Public Hearing to Cons er Adoption of Resolution No. 060624-C Approving <br />Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering Levy <br />of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2023-24 (Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1 � <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 060624-C approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and <br />Assessment, and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 2, 2024, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual Engineer's Report <br />for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report, and set the <br />date, time, and place for this Public Hearing to consider final approval of the Engineer's Report, <br />confirm the diagram and assessment, and order the levy of assessment for the fiscal year 2024- <br />2025. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Thousand Oaks Acorn on Friday, May <br />17, 2024. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the <br />District's Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the Districtwide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) (available ocuIone at <br />www.crpd.org/62-1 ER2024) and confirms the levies contained therein. Minor clarification updates <br />were included in the report.
