CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 6:02pm and Mooney led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Buss, Cusworth, Huffer, Lange and Nickles <br /> <br />Directors Absent: None <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis and Mooney, and <br />Administrative Assistant Dickson <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />Linda Pore, Thousand Oaks, expressed her concerns about installing pickleball courts at <br />Triunfo Community Park, specifically the additional noise and lack of parking. <br /> <br />Molly Maurer, Thousand Oaks, stated that she represents the Borderline community and <br />asked that the Oakheart Country Music Festival be added to the list of approved large events. <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Nickles, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of the December 7, 2023, Regular Board Meeting <br /> <br /> B. Approval of Warrants <br /> Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $1,540,800.66 <br /> Payroll $1,041,500.00 <br /> <br />It was moved by Cusworth, seconded by Buss, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br /> <br />7.
