CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Cusworth called the meeting to order at 6:05pm and Buss led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Huffer, Lange and Nickles <br /> <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Smith, and Executive <br />Assistant Reynders <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> Administration of the Oath of Office – Directors Buss, Cusworth and Nickles <br /> <br /> Friedl congratulated the elected Directors and administered the oath of office to newly-elected Director <br />Buss and re-elected Directors Cusworth and Nickles. <br /> <br />Buss took her place at the dais; she introduced family members and friends attending the <br />meeting this evening and expressed her excitement at becoming a Board member. <br /> <br /> Year in Review <br /> <br />Friedl reviewed the District’s accomplishments over the past year and gave a PowerPoint presentation <br />depicting various completed projects, special events, new construction, groundbreakings and ribbon <br />cuttings. <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented <br /> <br />6.
