CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Nickles called the meeting to order at 6:00pm and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Cusworth, Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis and Smith, Senior Park <br />Planner Mooney, Administrative Assistant Foster, and IT Assistant <br />Bermudez <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Equestrian Trails Incorporated (ETI) #37 <br />The guest speaker representing ETI was unable to attend the meeting. The presentation will <br />be rescheduled for a future meeting. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of August 26, 2021 Special Board Meeting <br />B. Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $400,580.96 <br />Payroll $902,750.00 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
