Lange, Director Susan L. Holt, Director Chuck Huffer, Director GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS Tex Ward A mid -year review of the FY 2020-21 budget has been completed. The following adjustments are recommended for the reasons noted. General Fund Recognize additional CLU Pool Instruction revenues in the amount of $50,262, from $228,800 to $279,062, and CLU Pool Rec Swim revenues in the amount of $50,262 from $55,250 to $105,512 and appropriate the total $100,524 to the Aquatics Work Center for CLU Pool contracts from $154,476 to $255,000. Capital Projects Fund Appropriate $55,000 from Fund Balance and appropriate the same for the Triunfo Park Asphalt Repairs from $0 to $55,000 (carryover from FY 19/20). Districtwide Assessment District Fund Appropriate $261,000 from Fund Balance as follows: $186,000 for Conejo Creek Park South Construct New Exist Road (carryover from FY 19/20) $3,000 for Old Meadow Park Fencing $72,000 for Thousand Oaks Community Center Preschool Restroom (carryover from FY 19/20) Meets Strategic Plan Vision Statement: In order to continue to serve our community and be recognized as a top recreation and park district in the nation, we must be financially stable.
