Brimhall Library to City of <br />Thousand Oaks; Lease Agreement with Ride On LA at Rancho Potrero <br />Equestrian Center <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Authorize the General Manager to execute the following Agreements is substantiae <br />compliance with the documents in: <br />a. Attachment 1 - Agreement between the City of Thousand Oaks and the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District and the Conejo Open Space Conservation agency <br />regarding Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center and related matters <br />("MASTER AGREEMENT") <br />b. Attachment 2 —Agreement between the City of Thousand Oaks and Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District to Terminate Lease Agreement 594 (Grant R. BramhaH <br />Library Site) <br />c. Attachment 3- Assignment and Assumption Agreement Interim Memorandum ov" <br />Understanding between the City of Thousand Oaks and Ride On LA for the <br />Operation of the Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center <br />2. Authorize the General Manager to execute other documents and agreements necessary <br />to effectuate the MASTER AGREEMENT. <br />3. Terminate the Operating Agreement for the Rancho Potrero Equestrian Center between <br />the Conejo Recreation and Park District and Ride On LA. <br />4.
