Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />City of Thousand Oaks for Resurfacing of <br />Authorize General Manager to enter into reimbursement agreement for the resurfacing of District <br />parking lots. <br />DISCUSSION <br />District and City staff have been working together to identify and develop projects for District parking <br />lots to include as part of the City of Thousand Oaks' 2020 Pavement and Overlay and Resurfacing <br />City Capital Project. <br />The City recently awarded an approximate $13,000,000 contract to Sully -Miller Contracting for the <br />project, which includes 11 District parking lots (Conejo Creek North, Conejo Creek South, Borchard <br />Community Park, Conejo Community Park, Thousand Oaks Community Park, Triunfo Community <br />Park, Pepper Tree Playfield, Wildflower Playfield, Old Meadows Park, Wildwood Neighborhood Park, <br />and Chumash Museum) for nearly $700,000. The attached reimbursement agreement details the <br />District's responsibilities for the costs of the improvements.
