Holt, Director <br />Nellie Cusworth, Director <br />Doug Nickles, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of Reso No. 041819-A Directing Preparation of the <br />Engineer's Report, Declaring Intention to Levy Assessments for 2019-20, <br />Preliminarily Approving Engineer's Report for Districtwide Park Maintenance <br />and Recreation Improvement District (62-1) and Providing for a Notice of <br />Public Hearing <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 041819-A directing preparation of the Engineer's Report, declaring the <br />District's intention to levy assessments for 2019-20, preliminarily approving the Engineer's Report <br />for Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (62-1) and providing for <br />a notice of public hearing. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation and Improvement District (62-1) was initially <br />approved in 2001. Every year thereafter, the Board is asked to consider and preliminarily approve <br />the Engineer's Report and declare the District's intention to levy the annual assessments, setting <br />the date, time and place for the required public hearing.
