The following adjustments are <br />recommended for the reasons noted. <br />Fiscal Year 2016-17 <br />General Fund <br />Recognize additional Property Tax revenues in the amount of $125,000, from $1,300,000 to <br />$1,425,000, and increase the following: <br />Risk Management — Liability by $60,000, from $250,000 to $310,000 for claims expenses in <br />excess of budgeted. <br />Human Resources — Legal by $50,000 from $38,000 to $88,000 for legal fees in excess of <br />budgeted. <br />Hillcrest Center — Workers' Comp by $5,000, from $300 to $5,300; Unemployment Insurance by <br />$4,000, from $353 to $4,353; and $6,000 for Other Professional Services, from $0 to $6,000 for <br />costs in excess of budgeted. <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />Recognize $180,000 in Turf Conversion Rebate revenue (from $800,000 to $980,000) and <br />increase appropriation by $180,000 in Turf Conversion General Account, increasing it from <br />$729,508 to $909,508. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES <br />403 West Hillcrest Drive • Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223 <br />(805) 495-6471 - FAX: (805) 497-3199 - Email: parks@crpd.org • Website: www.crpd.org <br />
