ROLL CALL <br />3. <br />4. <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and Linsdey, <br />Executive Assistant Reynders. <br />SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />COSTAC Trails Education Days Contest Winners — Elayne Haggan & Julia Osborne <br />Grand Prize Winners <br />Genevieve Rista <br />Kyle Osborn <br />Rachel Kraft <br />Chris Lockrey <br />Seldon Doyle <br />School <br />Madrona Elementary <br />Lang Ranch Elementary <br />Lang Ranch Elementary <br />Weathersfield Elementary <br />Weathersfield Elementary <br />Haggan highlighted the 2011 Annual Conejo Open Space Trails Advisory Committee <br />essay/letter writing contest. On behalf of the District, Friedl and Jacobsen presented <br />certificates and gifts to the winners present, Kyle Osborn and Genevieve Rista. <br />Board members commended the winners and thanked Haggan for her many years of service <br />to COSTAC. <br />ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />
