Meetings out of the office are charged from <br />portal to portal <br />► Submit to Public Agencies for approval and make reasonable changes. <br />Any unreasonable changes will need to be negotiated with Psomas <br />and/or the District (CRPD) <br />Bid Process and Site Construction Assistance <br />LNDG shall allow time to interpret the drawings with the' contractor <br />and Client (CRPD), attend bid meetings and draft correspondence and <br />addenda. <br />1 LNDG shall provide assistance during construction to the Construction <br />Management Company hired by CRPD. <br />► LNDG shall allow time to review and approve all trees 36" box <br />and larger at a contractor or architect -selected source. LNDG shall <br />also allow time to review and approve all.other plant material via <br />photograph submittals prior to delivery. <br />1 LNDG shall allow time to check the landscape and irrigation for <br />compliance to the approved plans and to submit compliance letters to <br />the City, CRPD and Psomas. <br />Exclusions <br />► Pian Check Fees, Permit Fees and Landscape Review Fee; as may <br />be required by the governing public authorities (including fees of <br />consultants hired by those authorities) <br />► Reproductions of Landscape Drawings and Specifications, computer <br />related costs (i.e. plotting, disks, etc.)_ An allowance is provided as t <br />cost plus 15% handling fee <br />► Record Drawings and Specifications <br />► Instrumental Engineering Field Survey <br />1 Changes in the Drawings, Reports and Sketches Requested and <br />Authorized by Psomas <br />► Landscape Observations (over and above those hours mentioned <br />herein) <br />► Meetings (over and above those hours mentioned herein) <br />PSOMAS Scope of Service 1 LNewman Design Group — 45 <br />
