The Park District is <br />Design Group, Inc. responsible for any fees and signatures associated withthe application <br />► All work shall be consistent with the City of Thousand Oaks Oaks <br />Tree Ordinance and tree policies <br />(continued) } Cross sections of impacted trees will be done <br />► Three (3) copies of the Oak Tree Report <br />L.Newman Design Group (LNDG) will provide Tree Inspections/ <br />Observations/Meetings, that shall include the following:' <br />► Field. inspegtionnotes or letters will be supplied to the Client and to <br />the City of Thousand Oaks Planning and Community Development <br />Department. <br />► Photography any trenching excavation that encounters roots within the <br />dripline and/or Protected Zone of any site Oak Tree. <br />► Field meeting with the Client and/or any governing authorities (if <br />approved by the Client) in regards to this project. <br />} Certify to the Client and to the City of Thousand Oaks' Planning and <br />Community Development Department that any work occurring within <br />the protected zoen of any Oak tree is being monitored and care is being <br />taken not to harm the trees. <br />Preliminary Design Development Phase <br />L.Newman Design Group (LNDG) shall provide design development <br />(D.D.) drawings of a refined master plan. The- overall plan will- be ata scale <br />of 1"-50' with vignette plan views at a scale of 1"20', including areas of <br />importance to demonstrate use. All information for LNDG plan preparation <br />shall be from approved drawings by Psomas, combined with Psomas' <br />sports field specialist's concepts. This phase will include the following: <br />► Drawings that reflect the intent based upon an approved master plan <br />provided by Conejo Park and Recreation District <br />► Presentation of the D.D. plan to Psomas, agencies; neighborhood, <br />Conejo Recreation and Park District and the City of Thousand Oaks <br />► An overall site plan, including: planting, design, hardscape paths, <br />steps, handrails, exercise/interpretive trail, fencing, grails, (2) bridges, <br />children's play area, basketball court, amphitheater, gazebos, trellises, <br />trash enclosures, barbeque/ picnic areas, signage with monumentation <br />and irrigation concept (notes) <br />PSOMAS Scope of Service' LNewman Design Group -43 <br />
