26. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement and the attachments hereto supersede any other <br />agreements, either oral or in writing, between the parties hereto with <br />respect to the subject of this Agreement, and contains all of the covenants <br />and agreements between the parties with respect to said services. Any <br />modification of this Agreement will be effective only if it is in writing and <br />signed by the party to be charged. In the event of any material <br />discrepancy between the express provisions of this Agreement and the <br />provisions of any document incorporated herein by reference, the <br />provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. There are no third party <br />beneficiaries to this Agreement. <br />27. PARTIAL INVALIDITY <br />If any provision in this Agreement is held by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions <br />will nevertheless contain in full force without being impaired or invalidated <br />in any way. <br />28. PERMITS AND APPROVALS <br />Consultant shall assist the District in obtaining all permits and regulatory <br />approvals, necessary in the performance of this Agreement. This includes, <br />but shall not be limited to, encroachment permits and building and safety <br />permits and inspections. Permit, plan check and approval fees will be <br />paid by the District. <br />29. NOTICES <br />Any notice required to be given hereunder shall be deemed to have been <br />given by depositing said notice in the United States mail, postage prepaid, <br />and addressed as follows: <br />TO DISTRICT: Attention: Tom Hare <br />Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District <br />403 W.
