It was funded by a <br />$1.5 million Proposition 13 Grant from the State Water Resources Control <br />Board (S)WRCB). A long-term implementation plan was developed <br />for the 500 -year floodplain of the upper Santa Clara River watershed <br />(approximately 16,300 acres). The vegetation was mapped using a <br />Add I Wildscape Restoration — 85 <br />
