Short Il I, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Board of Directors approve the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) <br />Preliminary Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-10 as presented in the attached document. <br />Discussion <br />In accordance with Section 11.3 of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA), MRCA's <br />3reliminary Budget is submitted to the District for approval. The Preliminary Budget was approved <br />by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy on June 1, 2009, and by Rancho Simi Recreation and <br />Park District on June 4, 2009. <br />Information on the budget and the budget itself are attached herewith. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN PARTNERS <br />4.2 Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with ...
