General Manager's Report <br />Ward reported that the next Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency <br />(COSCA) meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 2, and a meeting was <br />requested by Many Mansion on July 24 to discuss future housing sites. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange noted the upcoming Ventura County Special Districts Association <br />(VCSDA) meeting on August 1, which will include a tour of the Toland Land <br />Fill. Additionally, he said that a public works plan has been agendized for <br />an upcoming meeting. <br />Berger thanked the Board for memorializing his father at the last meeting. <br />Holt reported that the Fiesta del Triunfo was a great success. <br />F. Follow -Up Reports On Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Lange reported that on July 19 Local Area Formation Commission (LAFCO) <br />considered and approved the Environmental Impact Report for the Santa <br />Paula waste water treatment plant.
