It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to authorize the General Manager to execute the Joint Use Agreement with Hillcrest Christian School for a three-year term. B. Approval Of Request For Use Of Mobile Stage By City Of Agoura Hills Benton stated that the City of Agoura Hills is again requesting use of the mobile stage for its outdoor concert series at Chumash Park; this has been an annual request since 1993 except for 2003 through 2005; the concerts are scheduled for Sundays, June 18, July 9, July 23, and August 6, 2006; none of the dates conflicts with the District's use of the stage; a positive relationship exists between Agoura Hills and the District; and fees will be based on $87 per hour. She noted the presence of Nick Newkirk, Community Services Coordinator of the City of Agoura Hills. Newkirk extended an invitation to everyone, and thanked the District for its support. It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 5-0 to approve the use of the mobile stage by the City of Agoura Hills at Chumash Park for the Summer Concert Series on Sundays, June 18, July 9, July 23, and August 6, 2006, and authorize staff to issue a rental use permit to the Community Services Department. Jacobsen requested that a list of the concerts and artists be made available. C. Readoption Of District Investment Policy Lewanda stated that it is necessary for the Board to annually authorize the delegation of investment authority; and. District funds are being moved to the State Investment Pool (LAIF), since its rate of return is now higher than the rate of return of Ventura County Investment Pool.
