The term expires in 2008. Ballots must be received by September 22, 2005. <br />The candidates are: <br />Jim Acosta (incumbent), Ventura Regional Sanitary District <br />David Barron, San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District <br />Kate O'Brien, Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District <br />Robert A.
