ADDENDUM <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />AND <br />SOUTHEAST VENTURA COUNTY YMCA PROPERTY USE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between SOUTHEAST <br />VENTURA COUNTY YMCA, hereinafter called "YMCA", and CONEJO <br />RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, hereinafter called "District", <br />WHEREAS, the YMCA and the District desire to amend the terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement, dated February 20, 1992 to extend the <br />period of the loan from 36 months to 48 months, and amend the <br />payback provision as contained in Item 1. of the subject agreement, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement between the YMCA and the District, dated <br />February 20, 1992, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />That Item 1. LOAN. of Exhibit "A" is hereby amended as follows: <br />I. LOAN. The District agrees to loan to the YMCA for a period <br />of 48 months $300,000 starting March 1, 1992, which the YMCA <br />agrees to pay back in full, including a surcharge of $2,250 <br />as follows: <br />$100,000 due and payable June 2, 1994 <br />100,000 due and payable June 1, 1995 <br />102,250 due and payable February 28, 1995 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
