Consent Calender; <br />(a) Consideration of resolution authorizing the quitclaim of Lots 93, 94 and 95 of Tract 5485, City of Los Angeles to the <br />Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority. <br />(b) Consideration of resolution authorizing the quitclaim of certain encroachment parcels to correct deed recorded <br />December 29, 2000 as 00-2035153 to Vista Pacifica Homes, LLC., Baldwin Hills, and correction of Transfer of Control <br />and Possession of State Owned Real Property recorded December 29, 2000 as 00-2035154 by Transfer of Jurisdiction <br />or other document. <br />(c) Consideration of resolution authorizing a comment letter to the City of Hidden Hills on the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report for VTTM No. 54063, (scH No. 2003091123) Hidden Ridge Project. <br />(d) Consideration of resolution authorizing a comment letter to the City of Santa Clarita on the Draft Environmental <br />Impact Report for the Keystone Project VTTM No. 60258 (SCH No. 2004081017), adjacent to the Santa Clara River, <br />south of Plum Canyon and east of Bouquet Canyon. <br />(e) Consideration of resolution authorizing a comment letter to the City of Los Angeles Department of Water Power on <br />Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Silver Lake Reservoir Complex Storage Replacement Project. <br />10.
