CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION <br />BOARD ELECTIONS <br />MAIL BALLOT INFORMATION <br />Dear Member: <br />A mail ballot has been enclosed for your district's use in voting to elect a <br />representative to the CSDA Board of Directors, Seat B, for your region. <br />Each of CSDA's six (6) regional divisions has three seats on the Board. <br />Each of the candidates is either a board member or management -level <br />employee of a member district located in your geographic region. Each <br />Regular Member (district) in good standing shall be entitled to vote for <br />one (1) director to represent its region. <br />You may choose to send back the ballot via either certified or first class <br />mail. Please utilize the enclosed envelope to return the completed ballot. <br />All ballots must list the name of the voting district and be signed and <br />dated in order to be valid.
