Announcement of future meetings and adjournment. <br />Note: In order to save the expense of duplicating and mailing written materials, the Conservancy and Advisory Committee members will <br />receive meeting materials electronically. Staff reports and other documents will not be mailed to the members nor will they be sent to local <br />public libraries. Most libraries have internet access so the public will continue to have free access to meeting materials on the Santa Monica <br />Mountains Conservancy World Wide Web site at httpalwia>w.smmc. ca.gov. Priorto the meeting, documents thatpersons would like forwarded <br />to Conservancy and Advisory Committee members must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (MSWord 97 for Windows or above) via <br />e-mail no later than 3:00p. m. the Friday prior to the Conservancy meeting. Such materials should be sent to boardsec @smmc, ca.gov and <br />in the subject line identify the agenda item number or other subject of the communication. At the meeting the Conservancy and Advisory <br />Committee will accept written communications (46 copies should be submitted in order to have one for each Conservancy and Advisory <br />Committee member, a copy for the Board Secretary, and a public review copy). <br />The Conservancy may hold a closed session on any public hearing item pursuant to Section 11126 Subdivision (c)(7)(A), Section <br />11126.3(a) and Section 11126 Subdivision (e) of the Government Code. <br />For further information on any agenda item please contact Rorie Skei, Chief Deputy Director at (310) 589-3200, extension 112. <br />The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy's agendas are now available on the World Wide Web at http://www.srnmc.ca.gov. <br />In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, if you require a disability related modification or accommodation to <br />attend or participate in this meeting, including auxiliary aids or services, please call Board Secretary at 310-589-3200, extension 118, <br />at least five days prior to the meeting. <br />
