The resolution set the <br />date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star on Thursday, May 18tH <br />Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's <br />Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LMD 92-1 <br />(available online at www.crpd.oLg/92-1ER2017) and confirms the levies contained therein.
