The District will allow CORBA to utilize Sapwi Trails Community Park during scheduled use <br />at no cost. <br />The District will coordinate with CORBA so that CORBA may host annual contests, <br />competitions, sponsored activities, or fundraisers attended by patrons from regional clubs <br />at Sapwi Trails Community Park. <br />• The initial term of the MOU is one year commencing on June 1, 2017 and ending May 31, <br />2018, and is subject to annual renewal by mutual agreement of both parties. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2017 Strategic Plan Element 3.2.5: Continue to seek partnerships, collaborations and <br />sponsorships (cash or in-kind) to offset capital facility and recreation programming costs. <br />Meets 2017 Strategic Plan Element 4.6: Local non-profit organizations. Maintain and build <br />relationships with local non-profit organizations engaged in activities consistent with the District's <br />mission.
