Holt, Vice Chair <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Wand <br />The Board of Directors adopt Resolution 040617-B setting the Facility and Filming Fees and <br />Charges for the Conejo Recreation & Park District effective July 1, 2017 <br />DISCUSSION <br />Annually, staff reviews the fee schedule, refundable deposits and deposit schedule and filming <br />fees and makes recommendations to the Board for any changes. <br />Staffs recommendation is to keep the filming fees and charges the same for fiscal year 2017- <br />2018. <br />Staff recommends all facility fees to increase by 5%. Fees were last increased in FY 2014-2015 <br />by 5%. The Cultural Unit is recommended to remain the same since they were increased in FY <br />2015-2016. <br />Staff recommends that Ball Fields/Soccer Fields increase 15%. Fees were introduced in 2012 <br />and this will be the first increase. <br />It is also recommended that the deposits and refunds remain the same, last reviewed in 2015. <br />The proposed action is consistent with your Board decision to annually review rental and filming <br />fees, deposits and refunds.
