<br />CONSTRUCTION AND GRADING GENERAL NOTES
<br />1. ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TOALL CITY, COUNTYAND OTHER GOVERNING AGENCIES'
<br />REGULATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION, GRADING AND DRAINAGE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL

<br />4. HAND PIG VERTICAL TRENCH AT THE FINAL CUT UNE TO FINAL GRADE AND CLEANLY CUT ANY

<br />C. DAMAGES
<br />1. IF A TREE, DESIGNA`. ED TO REMAIN. !S REMOVED OR CAUSED TO BE IRREVERSIBLY DAMAGED AS
<br />DETERMINED BY DISTRICT STAFF, CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL A REPLACEMENT TREE MATCHING
<br />SIZE, QUALITY, AND VARIETY USING AN INSTALLER DESIGNATED BY THE DISTRICT. IF AN
<br />ACCEPTABLE REPLACEMENT TREE IS NOTAVAILABLE, CONTRACTOR WILL PAY .DAMAGES TO THE
<br />DISTRICT FOR THE DAMAGED TREE VALUE AS ASSESSED BY THE TREE VALUE FORMULA IN ISA
<br />GUIDE FOR ESTABLISHING VALUE OF TREES AND OTHER PLANTS.
