Memorandum of Agreement Between the Conejo Recreation and Park District and Aditya Festival Productions This Memorandum of Agent (MOA) is entered into by and between Conejo Recreation. & Park District ("CRPD") and Aditya Festival Productions C ADITYA"). ADIIYA has approached CRPD regarding a Summer Music Festival to be held June 10 and June 11, 2017 at Conejo Creek South. ADII'YA shall pay CRPD a $5,000 non-refundable payment ("PAYM 8471 for initial work for CRPD staff to prepare an Event Agreemew for the Summer Music Festival for the CRPD Board's consideration. As consideration, upon receipt of the PAYMENT, CRPD will provide good faith effort to execute the required steps, information, and primed timeframes in wu *mg with ADITYA to prepare said Event Agreement for the Summer Music Festival. Required sem, information, and presumed timeiiumes include, but are not limited to: Mutually agreeable event site layout • Preparatimr of a Notification Letter of a Neighborhood Meeting • Neighborhood Meeting to be held at a mutually agreeable location, presumably at Conejo Creek South Community Building- • Neighborhood Meeting to be held week of January 9th. • Mailing and/or emailmg of Notification Letter to residents within 1,000 ft of site property line, user groups, and other interested parties • Conducting the Neighborhood Meeting • Discussion and coordination as a result of Neighborhood Meeting • Coordination with AYSO Region 9 representatives regarding potential conflicts with field refurbishment schedule and fall Practices • Preparation and presentation of Event Agreement for CRPD Board's consideration, presumably before February lb, 2017 at 7pm This Agreement may be mutually terminated by CRPD and ADITYA prior to CRPD Board's consideration of the Event Agreement. CRPD will be under no obligation to refund some or all of PAYMENT. This Agreement will terminate upon CRPD Board's consideration ofthe agreement. All terms and conditions of the Event Agreement will be separate from this Agreement If the CRPD Board continues the item and directs CRPD staff to provide additional information at a future CRPD Board meeting, an Amendment to this Agreement will be executed. The CRPD Board may consider the Event Agreement and deny the Event Agrwment CRPD will be under no obligation to refund some or all of PAYMENT.
