Huffer would like to be alerted to events that include the broader community, specifically those involving the sheriffs, school district, city, etc. Callis will send the info along to all the Board members; they have been planned out for the rest of the school year C. Management Services Division Report No report. D. General Manager's Report Friedl referenced the CRPD calendars, which have been distributed to Board members this evening. The January 5th Board meeting will be cancelled; the next Board meeting will be on January 19th. There is a need for a closed session this evening with no report expected. Freida attended the City Reorgaziation meeting last Tuesday evening, where a special presentation was made to outgoing Mayor Joel Price. E. Directors' Reports & Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended Holt, Huffer, Jones and Lange enjoyed attending the CSVP luncheon at North Ranch Country Club on December 8th. Jones, Huffer and Holt attended a reception at CLU President Kimball's house. Jones joined the Goebel Senior Center Commission for their annual Christmas luncheon yesterday. Huffer, Jones and Lange attended the City Reorg meeting on December 13th. Huffer, Holt, Jones, and Lange were guests at the annual Silver Starlight Ball last Saturday. Lange attended an SMMC meeting on Monday evening. Lange, Huffer and Friedl participated in Westlake Village's 35th anniversary celebration last Saturday afternoon. 12.
