APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2016 <br />Smith asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the September meeting. <br />It was moved by Baumeister, seconded by MarOnich, and passed <br />unanimously, to approve the minutes of the September meeting as <br />presented. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. New LSCC Volunteer Hour Sign -in Sheet <br />Smith said staff has developed a new GSCC volunteer hours accounting <br />farm developed to keep track of volunteer hours as it relates to the <br />Commission. He explained the form will be circulated at the regular monthly <br />Commission meetings and all Commission -related volunteer hours, including <br />committee meetings and events, should be entered on this new form on a <br />monthly basis. <br />Discussion ensued and Hamm, in response to Cleary, confirmed this new <br />form will be circulated at each of the regular monthly Commission meetings <br />for all Commissioners to record their Commission -related volunteer hours. <br />Cleary noted, and Hamm concurred, that all Bingo -related volunteer hours <br />will continue to be recorded by her. <br />Hamm also noted that since the November and December monthly meetings <br />are combined, so too will the recording of the hours for these months. <br />Coleman added it is important that volunteer hours are recorded to make <br />sure volunteers are credited and recognized for their efforts. <br />Hamm explained that it is important that all volunteer hours are recorded, as <br />
