Park Upgrades <br />Estella Neighborhood Park <br />Partnered with the City of Thousand Oaks, <br />(they provided a $280,000 grant); replaced <br />playground, installed new multi -use court <br />featuring futsal, pickleball, and tennis, <br />increased seating, expanded walkway, <br />realigned basketball court, installed new <br />fencing and off -leash area, and converted turf <br />to drought -tolerant planting. <br />Drought Response Irrigation <br />Improvements and Turf Conversions <br />Districtwide <br />Converted non-essential turf to mulch and/or <br />drought -tolerant planting at 26 parks. <br />Six Pickleball Courts and Turf Conversion <br />Rancho Conejo Playfeld <br />Providing six lighted pickleball courts and <br />converting non-essential turf areas to mulch <br />and drought -tolerant planting.
