RESOLUTION NO. 050913-D <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />AUTHORIZING GENERAL MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />FOUR NET METERING AND iNTERCONNECTIONI AGREEMENTS <br />AS WELL AS OTHER AGREEMENTS, APPLICATIONS OR DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO <br />CARRY OU7 THE PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THE POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND CRPD SOLAR 1. <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District that: <br />1. The General Manager is authorized to execute Southern Calwomia Edison Company <br />Net Metering and Renewable Electrical Generating Facility Interconnection <br />Agreements for the solar installations at four park locations including: Borchard <br />Community Park, Conejo Creek South, Dos Vientos Community Park, and <br />Thousand Oaks Community Park; and <br />2.
